ecolytiq is looking for a motivated candidate (f/m/d) to be the first point of contact for our employees and to be the hero of our IT infrastructure. At ecolytiq you provide first class employee-focused IT support to all colleagues on IT related problems and challenges. Your mission at ecolytiq:
Creation and implementation of hardware and software concepts for various employee groups to improve employee well-being and productivity
Administration of our IT infrastructure, user rights and configuration of our used tools (like Microsoft365, Slack, Jira, Confluence etc.)
Creating and implementing concepts to automate IT administration processes
You will work closely with our people team on onboarding and offboarding processes of employees and ensure the setup of the necessary hardware and software
Administration of our used applications, like setup and management of accounts, problem solving, etc.
Supporting our CISO and IT Team in ensuring data security
Support the implementation and control of new IT security policies
Your profile:
You bring 1-2 years of experience, which also can be from student positions or internships in the field of IT administration
You have experience with Microsoft365, network devices, infrastructure, virtualization, network storage
You have knowledge in maintaining different devices (Windows, Apple) and related processes (backups, license management, setting up new machines, network troubleshooting, etc.)
You work independently, know where to set the focus, and you are motivated to take over responsibility
You would describe yourself as an expert in the administration of Confluence & Jira
You enjoy supporting others and are very good in finding efficient solutions
You are are curious, eager to learn and have very good in communication skills
You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable degree in the field of IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications Technology
You speak fluent English (min. C1), good German is a plus
