Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development – or convincing talent  Strong understanding of technology and its applications
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing CRMs (especially HubSpot) – or fast learner
  • Experience in creating and optimizing sales funnels
  • Ability to effectively manage leads and communicate product and service offerings in a B2B market
  • Expertise in enhancing existing services to establish a compelling USP 
  • Proficiency in articulating and promoting the USP across all communication channels
  • Effective communication skills in English and German

Bonus Skills:

  • Working experience in agile teams
  • Experience in Mailchimp, MailerLite (or similar) campaign planning and segmentation
  • Experience in LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google ads manager
  • Knowledge of any design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity Designer etc.
  • Ability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany, for more than 1 day per week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of N3XTCODER’s marketing and sales strategy
  • Maintain and enhance our CRM system(s), encompassing contact group segmentation and communication/documentation of project updates
  • Clarify N3XTCODER's competitive positioning
  • Create, manage, and optimize lead funnels, including product and project leads
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Create website content integral to our sales strategy using our CMS
  • Foster client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Contribute to our purpose-driven culture
