The Problem

Social-purpose enterprises and civil-society organisations need advisory services, qualification, networking and funding. But the right programmes are scattered, hard to compare and often simply impossible to find. The result: too much time searching, not enough time doing. This is exactly where SIGU.AI comes in.

The Approach

SIGU.AI builds on the existing SIGU platform. It aggregates programmes, structures them and finds the right match for you – without the lengthy search.

  • SIGU.AI opens up to your entire team. Team members create their own profiles and needs. This produces more precise recommendations.

Embedded in the Ecosystem

SIGU.AI does not build parallel structures. It strengthens what already exists. Regional networks, funders and qualification providers are partners and contribute content.

The Project

Nextcoder Softwareentwicklungs GmbH (Berlin), as grant recipient and technical lead, and Social Impact gGmbH (Potsdam), as consortium partner and operator of the existing SIGU platform, are jointly developing the new version of the platform. The project runs from September 2026 to June 2029.

What Comes Next

  1. Phase 1 – Conception & specification (from 09/2026): domain and technical concept, data structures, matching logic
  2. Phase 2 – Preparation & quality assurance: curated content and programme databases; launch of the webinar series
  3. Phase 3 – Testing & piloting: user testing with the target group; networking and visibility
  4. Phase 4 – Further development & sustainability: driven by usage and feedback; sustainable ecosystem; completion 30.06.2029
