In Germany over 300.000 families look for information and help to take better care for their children every month in Elternleben.de. From feeding questions, to health topics, going through each step of life of an infant until they are teenagers.

Elternleben.de directly supports around 2000 parents a year, directly though their team of experts in each of the areas, and receive around 500 direct questions though their chat per month, that amplifies their reach and impact helping parents.

As demand grows, scalability becomes a challenge. With waiting times of up to two days, parents often struggle with stress and uncertainty. Faster, reliable, and accessible support is crucial to meeting their needs effectively.
