At the upcoming hackathon, SkoneLabs aims to create a compelling visual representation of the user interface, breathing life into their product concept through a series of rapid sketches. Their goal is to visualize the flow of food wastage and loss within storage facilities, pinpointing areas that require improvement. Additionally, they plan to depict the internal flow of food handling, with a specific focus on bulk handlers. To further enhance their project, they intend to harness the power of AI technology to predict the lifespan of food, thus reducing waste and enhancing efficiency. Furthermore, they aim to leverage AI to collect and label data at various stages for each individual product, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their solution. SkoneLabs' hackathon project holds tremendous potential in addressing food waste and optimizing storage facility operations.
