Let's save our future by rewriting it! "Coding Utopia" environmental hackathon - apply now and use your creativity & digital skills to create a nature-friendly future!

We will meet in Berlin on Friday, January 24 to code all weekend long. Let’s use the possibilities of the digital era to work together on unique projects in areas such as mobility & travel, living & consumption, community & politics and make them more sustainable and environmentally friendly!

You can apply as a team/project manager if you already have a revolutionary idea or as a volunteer, to join the team and support it with your skills. The Hackathon is age inclusive so if you feel you could contribute and you are 14 years old and more, you should join us!

This hackathon is just right for you if you: ...have innovative ideas and would like to bring them to life... are skilled in any of these areas: design, drawing, data & machine learning, software development (frontend or backend) or data science...or even if you don’t have any digital skills, but your application is convincing :)

The hackathon is organized by Naturfreundejugend in close cooperation with N3XTCODER. The project is funded by the Federal Environment Agency (UBA) on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU).

The event will take place from Friday afternoon on January 24, 2020 to Sunday afternoon on January 26, 2020 at Rungestraße 20, 10179 Berlin.
