AI for Impact is our flagship education project: a free, 5-chapter video course built with Microsoft Germany that has reached more than 100,000 learners. The course covers foundational AI knowledge across inclusion, democracy, climate, education and health – presented by AI avatars of N3XTCODER's own team, so content can be updated and localised without re-recording. Beyond the course, the AI for Impact programme is a 6-week remote sprint that brings AI innovators, civil society and the public sector together to build practical solutions, with a final pitch at re:publica in Berlin.
Multilang Socialmap, winner of N3XTCODER's Open Innovation Programme, shows what AI can do for educational access. The project built a multilingual RAG chatbot for the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Berlin's social services platform – answering questions in many languages including Leichte Sprache (Easy Language), so people who struggle with German can still find the support they need. The same architecture powers our production knowledge assistants for Kompetenzz (1,000+ HumHub members) and GDV (400+ insurance companies).
